Hi I'm Karen, the creator of Canva to Cash. My journey with digital products started in 2020 when the world felt uncertain, and my 9-5 graphic design job sent everyone home. 1. Digital Product Policy – No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the Program, all sales are final. Once you have gained access to the course materials, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for your own success and results.

2. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content within Canva to Cash, including but not limited to videos, templates, workbooks, PDFs, written guides, digital downloads, branding, and all related materials, are the intellectual property of Passive Playground LLC.

You may NOT reproduce, share, republish, resell, or distribute any part of the Program in any format, whether digitally or physically.

This includes:
- Uploading or sharing course videos or materials publicly or privately

- Selling or giving away any content from the Program

- Using course content to create your own course or offer

- Copying any sales, marketing, or curriculum content from the Program

- Violators will be pursued legally to the fullest extent of the law.

3. Personal Use Only
The Program is for personal use only. You may not share your login credentials, allow others to access your account, or use the Program on behalf of anyone other than yourself.

Only the original purchaser is granted a non-transferable license to access the content.

4. Affiliate Policy
If you are an affiliate promoting Canva to Cash, you must adhere to the following guidelines:

You may not use any part of Canva to Cash — including frameworks, lesson names, templates, or strategies — in your own offers or products.

You may not rebrand, white label, or create derivative content based on Canva to Cash in any way.

Misrepresentation, unethical marketing practices, or misuse of the course content will result in immediate removal from the affiliate program and potential legal action.

5. Access & Availability
